Karen set up Professionals in Partnership in 2016 with the ambition to provide high quality HR consultancy and services to micro and SME companies without an in-house specialist.

Working across a variety of different sectors including professional services, engineering, biotechnology and charity, Karen brings a commercial and creative approach to people strategy and operations.

HR Systems and Operations

Carly has had a 10-year career in HR Operations and Administration and uses her experience to help our clients get the best out of their systems and processes.

Carly joined Professionals in Partnership to help support us managing our Gateway services for the Kickstart Scheme.  Working closely with DWP and employers we have supported over 230 young people get into employment through placements on the Scheme.
